Hot Spots in New York, NY

Madison Square Garden:

Considered the Mecca of Basketball, The Madison Square Garden is an arena full of rich basketball history. Located in Midtown Manhattan, MSG is home to the New York Knicks and it recently hosted the NBA All Star game. Many events are held here, such as concerts and and award shows. Admission tickets are widely considered the most expensive here, especially for a Knicks game, but for the history of the MSG itself the price is worth the experience.

Central Park:

A popular tourist spot as well as a favorite amongst neighborhood locals. Central Park is home to incredible scenic views of New York skyscrapers, lush greeneries and it's 7 beautiful lakes. An urban park in the middle of Manhattan, it's acres full of activities for all ages. Take a stroll during the summer or rent a bike for a full tour of the park. Looking for something more relaxing? Take a boat ride along the Lakes and or even catch a movie and a concert. It's a must place to visit if you're in the city.

Empire State Building:

A 102 story skycraper towering over New York City. A must see for anyone interested in seeing a breathtaking 360 degree view of the city, from Central Park, to Times Square, to the Brooklyn Bridge. Built in 1931, The Empire State Building was once the Tallest Building in America. The observation deck on the 86th floor is considered the most famous of it's type and can be seen on many tv and movie scenes. Bring your binoculars and enjoy the view from the top!

Meatpacking District:

What was once the home for many meatpacking companies, is now a rejuvenated neighborhood. Home to many attractions, such as 5 star restaurants, exclusive nightclubs, hip bars and ultra expensive boutiques, MePa is considered New York's most fashionable neighborhood. The Chelsea Market and The High Line is a great starting point when visiting this area
