If you are in downtown Boston and feel like a walk through history then check out the freedom trail. This is a two and a half mile long route that passes by multiple historical locations important to the history of the US. See Paul Revere's house, the USS Constitution and the Old State House to name a few.

Beacon Hill, Boston:

If you want to see one of the oldest neighborhoods where the rich and famous live in Boston then you have to visit Beacon Hill. This historic neighborhood got it's name from the Beacon that was in the area on top of the highest point in Mid city Boston. Go back in time as you stroll down the gas lit stone streets with Flags flying high in almost every street.
